Eggplant and Bulgur

And so, another day, another dinner. Yesterday’s dinner, Sweet and Sour Fish bits (tiles) with Chinese broccoli in ginger sauce, as delicious! I took a photo which I think didn’t come out as great as it could have.

Today’s dinner is Chermoula Eggplant with Bulgur (from Ottolenghi’s book Jerusalem). It turned out great!

I’m not sure which of the photos I like more, but here they are.
