Of course planning needs to happen. If it didn’t, it wouldn’t be me.
So last night, I decided to evolve the project a little more.
So, each week, I will focus on a photographic aspect. As an example, this week (week 3) I will only take photos with my 50 mm f/1.8. Considering that the chicks spend most of the time inside, that sort of aperture is beneficial… but it comes with set backs, which will be discussed in the post about the photos.
So, here is the plan for the next 4 weeks.
Week 3 – 50 mm Lens
Week 4 – Only with Flash
Week 5 – Black and Whites
Week 6 – Details: Macro photography with the chicks
There are a list of other things I want to experiment and I will get through all of it (hopefully). But planning that far ahead will only make me anxious to get there soon. Below is a list of things I would like to do (some I have done in other context):
- Capture Movement
- Fixed shutter speed for the week
- Gel on background flashes
- 20 mm f/1.4 lens
