I have just purchased 2 books for photographic assignments.  They are estimated to arrive on 08/11.  Their titles are:

• The Photographer’s Playbook: 307 Assignments and Ideas
• Use This Journal if You Want to Take Great Photographs

I will do the proposed exercises from one book before starting on the second book.  I will likely start with The Photographer’s Playbook and once I have done exercises I find interesting – I will push myself to do as many as possible from it – I will then move to the Use This Journal if You Want to Take Great Photographs.

Both books have exercises that are meant to take you out of your comfort zone, to push your creativity to, hopefully, make you a better photographer.  That is why I have started investing in the books.  I want to become a better photographer who sees things in a different way.  Fingers crosses that they will help me.

I will post a lot of my exercises here.  Won’t copy the whole proposal of the exercise, as it would be unfair to the authors of the books/journals – not to mention it would probably be a breach of the copyright agreement.
