Days left in quarantine: 1

I won’t lie, it’s been a rough patch being locked up in the house. Yesterday was not a good day for me. At the end of the day, I felt like I didn’t want to do anything. As a consequence, I ended up playing the VR set until it was dinner time (and then I had to cook something up very quickly).

This morning I made an omelette with Masdaam cheese and ham. It was the only thing that inspired me today to take a photo, because it varied from the quarantine norm (ham and cheese toastie). The omelette looked a bit broken, but that’s because we threw away the pan that was most suited for it. So, when I tried to flip/close off the omelette, there was an considerable appearance mishap. The taste was delicious, though.
