As the Winter Solstice nears (1 day and a bit to go), I thought it was time to change the hero banner for the home page. From the photo that I took sometime in Spring or Summer, I now have replaced it with one that I look this past Monday. The day was gray, gloomy and cold – the precise combination to define a winter’s day in Melbourne.

I also took the opportunity of taking the Shrine of Remembrance photo to take mine of the Self-Portrait project, which can be seen here.
